Starting From Scratch

After analyzing your business and creating a blue print of your new site, we design several preliminary "look and feel" mockups for your review. When designing these mockups, we keep in mind your logo or brand, use of color and placement of critical elements such as navigation and the content you want to share with potential clients and website visitors.

User Testing

Once the site has been created, but before it is launched, we recommend user testing. This allows us to receive important feedback from users, relating to the look & feel of your site, usability & ease of navigation and site content. Some of the things we look for during user testing are:

Their initial reaction to the site;

We ask them what their likes and dislikes are about the site; and

We pay attention to the mistakes they make while using the site. We find out why and fix them.

We want to make absolutely sure that your visitors have a very positive experience on your site - one that will make them come back, time and time again. User testing helps to ensure that we launch the site in it's best form for maximum results.

Website Maintenance & Updates

JS Technology Services will also help you maintain your website and keep it current. Options for maintaining your site include: training user(s) at your organization to update your website; we can update your website for you; or we can build a website management tool that will allow you to update your site easily - you just need to know how to use a browser. A custom administrative tool helps you keep your site content fresh without having to depend on a third party. We do not sell maintenance contracts or make you pay for hours you won't need or use. We will be here to help with any maintenance or update(s) your site needs, when you need it.
